You will need to contact your financial institution either by email or by phone and find out if CBZ had completed the signup of process of your agreement form. When CBZ have completed this process, an automatic email will be sent to you with the login link, from our Paynet Online Helpdesk.

There are 7 banks that are compatible with the Paynet online application, they are; Agribank, CABS, CBZ, Ecobank, FBC, NMB and ZB Bank.

All you would need to do is contact our Support Center and they will assist in creating an agreement form for the bank you would want to have added to your Paynet Online application, and then we will email it to you for signing and submission to the bank.

If your financial institution (FI) is listed in the below solution, all you would need to do is contact our Support Center, who will then ask you to complete our customer take-on forms. After you have completed the forms and submitted them back to us, we will then use the information to create an agreement form for your FI, which will need to be signed and submitted to the bank. Once the bank has completed setting you up on their gateway, an automatic URL will be emailed to you, which will contain a link to our Paynet Online page, where you will need to create a log-in password to begin.

This error means that the Paynet Online password link has expired and you will need to contact your financial institution either by email or by phone, and request for a new Paynet Online link to be sent to you. This process takes a few minutes and you should receive the new link in less than an hour.

If however, you still are unsure about being able to use the Paynet online application, you can visit our office where one of our friendly support officers will be available to take you through the steps in being able to configure your Paynet Online account and show you how to create your payments.
